I am a Senior Lecturer in Anthropology and International Development. His research focuses on Amazonia: its peoples, cultures and past and future development.
I am a Reader in the School of English at the University of Sussex and I teach widely in Modernist and contemporary literature and culture, and have published on topics including psychoanalysis, Henry James, adolescence, and pop music.
